Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Ambient - Preheat the oven to 200°C (Th.6 / 7). Peel the label where indicated and release the dough by twisting the can. Unroll the dough and separate the triangles following the dotted lines of the pre-cut dough. To form the croissants, roll loosely each triangle from the base to the tip. Place the spaced croissants over a sheet of baking paper on the oven tray (with key hidden on the bottom). Bake for 12 min at 200°C. The cooking time may vary depending on the oven used. Let croissants cool enough, about 10 min, at room temperature.
