Keep Refrigerated

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 3 days and by the date shown on the front of the pack.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before use.
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Fan 180 C/ Gas 5.
2. Remove outer packaging and unroll the pastry, leaving the pastry sheet on the baking paper provided. If the pastry begins to crack on unrolling, leave for 5-10 minutes more.
3. Cut to required size, or as stated in your recipe.
4. Place on the baking paper on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or as stated in your recipe.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.

Preparation and Usage
Over life, small black spots may develop within the dough. These are specks of bran which are naturally occurring within the flour. These will not have any adverse effect on the quality of the pastry, and will disappear during the cooking process.
