30-35 mins.
Per serving, rinse 40g of lentils thoroughly with cold water. Place the lentils in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and boil continuously for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain and serve.
