Grill - From Chilled - Medium heat 10 mins.
Preheat grill to the required temperature as shown above.
Place gammon steaks under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Medium heat 10 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Place gammon steaks in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
