Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Deep Fry - From Frozen - Preheat oil to the required temperature as indicated.
Place sweet potato fries in the deep fat fryer and cook for time indicated or until golden and crisp. Drain and serve.
175°C, 2 1/2- 3 1/2 mins.
Oven cook - From Frozen - Remove all packaging. For best results always cook from frozen. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7 20-25 mins. Oven: Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Place a single layer of sweet potato fries on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking to ensure they are golden and crisp.
