Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C.
Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date.
For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing.
If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Remove all outer packaging but leave the casing on if boiling.
Allow the ham to rest for 10 minutes. Remove casing prior to carving. Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Hob - From Chilled - Medium heat 25 mins. per 500g
Place the ham in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time shown
Drain and serve
Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5, Fan Assisted Oven 170°C, 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins. extra
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
Remove the inner layer of casing from the ham.
Place the ham in an oven proof dish, cover with tin foil, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Remove the tin foil for last 30 minutes of cooking.
