Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. For best results always cook from frozen.
Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooked.
Microwave - From Frozen - 800W, 3 mins.
Based on 1 pouch. Cat E 800w Full Power. Remove outer packaging. Pierce pouch several times. Place pouch on a microwavable plate and cook for time indicated. Cut pouch open, care must be taken when opening as steam will escape. Serve immediately.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20-25 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above. Remove fillet from packaging and wrap loosely in foil. Place on a baking tray in the oven and allow to cook for 20-25 mins or until piping hot throughout.
