Stir Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Preheat a heavy base frying pan or wok over a high heat. Sear the chicken on all sides, reduce the heat to medium and stir fry for time indicated until all juices run clear. Add vegetables and cooking sauces as desired.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
