- Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date, see front of pack.
- Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging and allow the burger pucks to come up to room temperature for 10-15 minutes before cooking.
4 mins.
- Preheat 5ml of oil in a large pan over a high heat.
- Working quickly, put the pucks into the pan, place a square of parchment paper over them and using a strong spatula or meat press, smash into thin burgers.
- Remove the parchment and generously season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Cook for 2 minutes until the cracked edges get nice and crispy, turn and cook for a further 2 minutes, again seasoning generously.
For best results, allow the burgers to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat.
Food safety tip: Wash all surfaces, utensils and hands after contact with raw meat. Keep all raw and cooked products separate.

1 Remove all packaging and allow the burger pucks to come up to room temperature.
2 Working quickly, put the pucks in a large, preheated frying pan.
Place a square of parchment paper over them and using a strong spatula or meat press, smash into thin burgers.
3 Generously season and cook for 2 minutes each side until the cracked edges get nice and crispy.
If adding cheese, add 1 minute before the end of cooking.
4 To assemble the burger, scatter a bun with your choice of toppings, add two stacked smash burgers, your sauces and the bun top. Enjoy!
