Rare: Seared on the outside with a dark red centre.<br/>
Medium: Seared on the outside with a pink juicy centre.<br/>
Well Done: Cooked well the whole way through.<br/>Grill - From Chilled - Rare: 7 - 9 minutes<br/>
Medium: 9 - 11 minutes<br/>
Well Done: 11 - 13 minutes<br/>
Preheat grill to a Medium temperature.<br/>
Place steaks under the grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare: 7 - 9 minutes<br/>
Medium: 9 - 11 minutes<br/>
Well Done: 11 - 13 minutes<br/>
Preheat a pan over a High heat.<br/>
