Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do Not Reheat.
Poach - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Place seafood mix into a large saucepan and add just enough cold water or milk to cover the fish. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover with a lid and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 5-7 mins
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place seafood mix in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning occasionally.

Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion: Poach the seafood mix in milk with bay leaves and create your own seafood chowder. Or simply add to your favourite fish pie or pasta recipe.
