Preheat grill to the required temperature shown above.
Place rashers under grill and cook for the time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Medium heat 5-6 mins.
Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Place rashers in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
