Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all Packaging.
Always Check the Product is Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Do not Reheat Once Cooked.
Grill - From Chilled - Medium Heat 10-12 mins.
- Preheat grill to required temperature shown above.
- Place salmon under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5/Fan Assisted Oven 180°C 12-15 mins.
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
- Wrap the salmon loosely in tin foil, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cooked for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Medium Heat 8-10 mins.
- Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
- Place salmon in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
