Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 7 mins. 30 secs., 800W 7 mins. 30 secs., 900W 7 mins. 30 secs.
Place foil tray onto a microwaveable plate and heat for time indicated, gently stir product halfway through cooking and return for remaining time or until piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven cook - From Frozen - 200°C, Fan 180°C Gas 6 33-35 mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
Place foil tray onto baking tray in the middle shelf of the oven, stir product halfway during cooking and cook for time indicated.
