If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove all packaging. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 45 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the slices on a foil lined baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout.
