Microwave - From Chilled - 700W 8 mins.
800W 6 mins.
900W 51/2 mins.
- Place tray onto a microwaveable plate and cook for times indicated.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film lid and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 170°C/338°F/Gas Mark 3
Fan Assisted Oven 150°C 25 mins.
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
- Place tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.
- Remove film lid and serve.
