Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 48 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before serving and consume within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - This product can be served hot or cold. Heating times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 8-10 mins.
Preheat oven. Place mackerel on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and heat for time indicated.
Do not reheat.
Preparation and Usage
Serve with traditional brown soda bread & a squeeze of lemon
Serving Suggestion: If serving cold, open the packet and separate the mackerel fillets 10 minutes before serving to allow the mackerel to reach room temperature. Delicious in pasta, salads or simply with some fresh brown soda bread and a squeeze of lemon.
