Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 35 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the chicken in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 28 minutes and then increase the oven temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 and cook for a further 7 minutes, basting throughout, until the skin is lovely and crispy and all juices run clear.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
