Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in the bag provided. Remove card box before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the pork fillet in its bag in a deep sided roasting tin and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes and then increase the oven temperature to 240°C/Fan 220°C/Gas 7 and cook for a further 15 minutes until the rashers are golden and crispy and all juices run clear. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 5 minutes before opening the bag. Take care when opening the bag as steam will escape and juices will be hot.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
