- For 'use by' date, see front of pack.
- Suitable for home freezing.
- If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
- Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
- Once thawed do not refreeze.
- This product has been previously frozen and defrosted to chill temperature under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat.
Deep Fry - From Chilled - 180°C 5 mins.
Preheat oil. Place fillets in the deep fat fryer and cook for time indicated. Drain and serve.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 16-18 mins.
Preheat oven. Place fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
