If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Preheat grill to a high heat. Place burgers under grill and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear, turning frequently.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 8-10 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place burgers in pan and cook gently for time indicated until all juices run clear, turning frequently.
