Grill - From Frozen - Place under a preheated moderate / medium grill and cook for approximately 18-20 minutes, turning at regular intervals throughout cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen - Add to a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for approximately 16-18 minutes, turning frequently. Drain well before serving.
