Keep Refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only.
Remove all packaging and allow steaks to come up to room temperature or 10-15 minutes before cooking. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Do not reheat.
Grill - From Chilled - Rare: 5-7 mins.
Medium: 7-9 mins.
Well Done: 10-12 mins.
Preheat grill to a Medium temperature Place steaks under grill and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Rare: 2-4 mins.
Medium: 6-8 mins.
Well Done: 8-10 mins.
Preheat pan over a High heat. Sear steaks on both sides, reduce the heat to Medium and cook for times indicated, turning occasionally.
