History - Château Fourchou is a property including 40 hectares of vines located near the famous and picturesque village of Saint-Emilion, in the department of the Gironde. This attractive stone building has recently been renovated and includes private living quarters.

Regional Information - The Chateau is located in Mouliets et Villemartin, near Saint Emilion region , in the province of Gironde in France.
Vinification Details - The wine is made in the traditional manner in stainless steel vats with the grapes being destemmed and with temperature controlled fermentation. Selected yeasts ensure total control of the winemaking process.
The pressed wine is matured in separate vats and reincorporated in proportions determined by successive tastings.
