Microwave - From Chilled - 1. Remove outer sleeve.
2. Pierce plastic top film with a fork.
3. Heat through for 4 mins at 750W.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 1. Remove outer sleeve.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
3. Remove plastic top film from tray and place contents into an ovenproof dish. Don't Place Plastic Tray in Oven.
4. Heat in oven for 25 mins, ensure it is heated through.
