General Alcohol Data
Alcohol By Volume - 13
Serving Suggestion - Enjoy this wine on its own, or with a summer platter of charcuterie and cheese. Alternatively, serve with a garlic and herb roasted chicken, and baby potatoes. This wine will also be wonderful served with light fruit desserts such as poached pear with vanilla cream
Tasting Notes - This wine opens with ripe peach, pear and apple aromas, and a hint of blossom, which carry through to the palate. The orchard fruits nestle on a soft and lively palate, with a medium body and pleasing, rounded texture. The finish is clean and fresh, with a touch of wild honey.
Units - 9.8

Wine Alcohol Data
Agent - Pernod Ricard UK
Current Vintage - 2020
Grape Variety - Pinot Grigio
History - Until the 1970s, Marlborough was just another pretty pocket of New Zealand, considered too cold for anything. But with a little bit of flipped kiwi thinking, we didn't just see sheep, we saw opportunity. That's how we discovered a crisp, refreshing new style of Sauvignon Blanc that's now loved the world over.
Producer - Brancott Estate
Regional Information - Sourced from Marlborough, Hawkes Bay and Waipara
Vinification Details - The fruit for this wine was machine harvested using Pellenc Selectiv, from our vineyards in Marlborough, Hawkes Bay and Waipara. The juice was clarified and fermented with temperature control, in stainless steel, using selected aromatic yeasts. The components were brought together at our Marlborough winery for blending. The wine was stabilised and filtered before bottling, and no oak was used in the winemaking.
