For a less spicy soup, you can use only half of the soup paste or add 1/2 cup (100ml) of water.
You can replace the lamb with any meat or fish of your choice.
For a vegetarian curry, you can use firm tofu and any vegetables of your choice (asparagus, baby corns, bamboo shoots, ...)
Use the fish sauce to adjust salt to your taste.
Add 1/2 of the quantity first, taste, add more if you like.
