PLACE YOUR ORDER
Select Reserve Delivery Time and choose your time slot. You can then begin to fill your cart. To confirm your slot, add at least one product to your cart and check out.
UPDATE YOUR ORDER
Don’t worry if you haven’t decided exactly what you need for your Christmas shop. You can add products and update your order UP TO 48 HOURS before the day of your delivery.
Depending on the delivery slot you choose, your order will be delivered between December 20th and 23rd.
Christmas Shopping FAQs
What is the difference between a Christmas delivery slot and a regular delivery slot?
Christmas delivery time slots fall between December 20th and 23rd. You can change these orders UP TO 48 HOURS before the day of your delivery. Regular delivery slots are any that fall outside of these times. You can change these orders up until 11pm the night before.
Will there be any change to the online stores that offer Click & Collect?
We will not be offering same day Click & Collect between December 19th and 23rd.
How late can I leave it to update my shop?
Add, remove, browse… You can update your basket and then re-checkout UP TO 48 HOURS before the day of your delivery. To amend your order go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Orders’. From there you are given the option to modify your order.
Substitutions and returns
We’ll be working hard to get you exactly what you’ve ordered in your online shop but there may be times when we have to give you the best alternative product we have available. For this to happen, make sure you have your substitution preferences switched on. If there are substitutions in your order, we’ll send you an email notification on the day, clearly listing the original item and the replacement. However, if we have not quite found a perfect match you can hand the product back to the driver when they arrive. We’ll process a full refund for these goods within 24 hours, please note, the card issuing bank may take a further 3-5 working days to credit the relevant account.
When is Dunnes Stores online grocery closed for delivery over Christmas?
Our delivery service is closed on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December 2022.
