Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
Do not exceed use by date.
If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase. Use within one month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator prior to cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - All appliances vary the times and temperatures given are guidelines only. For best results refer to manufacturer's guidelines. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before eating. To check product is cooked, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh. If product is cooked, the juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check as required. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Pre-heat conventional oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Fan assisted oven 180°C. Place in an oven proof dish. Cover loosely with tinfoil and cook on middle shelf of oven for 25-35 minutes for fillets, 15-25 minutes for mini fillets, quick cook fillets & thigh fillets.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - Heat approximately 15ml (1 tbsp) of oil in a pan. Add diced chicken fillet and fry over a high heat for 3 minutes, reduce the heat to medium and cook for a further 12-13 minutes turning occasionally during cook.
