Keep refrigerated between 0°C to +4°C.
Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date on front of pack.
Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within 1 month.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Remove card sleeve and top film. Product cooks in foil tray provided. These are guidelines only.
190°c/375°F/Gas Mark 5/ Fan assisted oven 180°c. Cooks in 1 hour approx. Pre-heat oven to required temperature shown above. Cover the foil tray with tin foil, place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove tin foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking to brown the skin.
Ensure the turkey is thoroughly cooked before serving. If the turkey is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
We Recommend: Once turkey is cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest in warm place for 10 minutes before carving. For best results, do not reheat once cooked.
