Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Cooks in foil tray provided. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 35-40 mns.
Preheat oven. Cover the tray loosely with foil, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear.
Remove foil for the last 20 minutes of cooking time to ensure the Parma Ham is nice and crispy.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout.
Do Not Reheat.
