If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost, thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ensure Product is Piping Hot Throughout. Do not Reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated until all juices run clear.
Stir Fry - From Chilled - 12 mins.
Preheat a heavy base frying pan or wok over a High heat. Sear the chicken on all sides, reduce the heat to Medium and stir fry for time indicated. Add vegetables and cooking sauces as desired.
