50g butter, softened
4 slices Dunnes Stores sourdough loaf
100g Dunnes Stores Velvety & Mild French Brie
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
4 slices prosciutto
25g Dunnes Stores mixed leaves to serve
Directions

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g butter, softened
  • 4 slices Dunnes Stores sourdough loaf
  • 100g Dunnes Stores Velvety & Mild French Brie
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 25g Dunnes Stores mixed leaves to serve

 

METHOD

  1. Heat a large pan or griddle over low to medium heat.
  2. Spread a layer of butter onto each slice of bread, flip over, then spread two tablespoons of cranberry sauce onto two slices.
  3. Layer half the cheese on one slice along with half the prosciutto on the other side.
  4. Repeat with another slice, then top with the remaining two slices.
  5. Place sandwich on the pre- warmed pan or griddle and fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Halve and serve with mixed leaves alongside.
