Cranberry, Brie & Prosciutto Toastie

50g butter, softened
4 slices Dunnes Stores sourdough loaf
100g Dunnes Stores Velvety & Mild French Brie
4 tbsp cranberry sauce
4 slices prosciutto
25g Dunnes Stores mixed leaves to serve

- 50g butter, softened
- 4 slices Dunnes Stores sourdough loaf
- 100g Dunnes Stores Velvety & Mild French Brie
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 25g Dunnes Stores mixed leaves to serve
METHOD
- Heat a large pan or griddle over low to medium heat.
- Spread a layer of butter onto each slice of bread, flip over, then spread two tablespoons of cranberry sauce onto two slices.
- Layer half the cheese on one slice along with half the prosciutto on the other side.
- Repeat with another slice, then top with the remaining two slices.
- Place sandwich on the pre- warmed pan or griddle and fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes.
- Halve and serve with mixed leaves alongside.
