Consume within 24 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see front of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Oven cook - From Chilled - 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12-15 mins.
Preheat oven. Wrap the salmon loosely in parchment paper. Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a medium heat. Place the salmon skin side down in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.

Preparation and Usage
Serving Suggestion: Just before cooking, add some crushed garlic and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
