Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled - Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.
180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4
Medium 35 mins
Well Done 40 mins.
Preheat oven. Place the lamb in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes for medium and 35 minutes for well done and then increase the oven temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 and cook for a further 5 minutes, basting throughout, until the top of the joint is lovely and crispy.
Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat.
