Do not reheat once cooked.
Oven cook - From Chilled - Remove all packaging.
190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5 Fan Assisted Oven 170°C
30 mins. per 500g plus 30 mins. extra
- Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
- Place joint on a baking tray and cover loosely with tin foil.
- Place joint on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated, removing the tin foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Allow the joint to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Always check the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
