Oven cook - From Chilled - 180°C/Mark 4 18mins.
Fan Assisted Oven 200°C 18mins.
Preheat oven to required temperature shown above.
Place duck legs on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and reheat for time indicated.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 15mins.
Preheat a teaspoon (10ml) of oil in a pan over a medium heat.
Place duck legs in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning once.
