Keep Refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 48 hours of opening and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date and weight, see top of pack. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once thawed do not refreeze.

Remove all packaging.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Grill - From Chilled - 6-7 mins.
Preheat grill to a Medium temperature. Place rashers under grill and cook for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 6-7 mins.
Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place rashers in pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
