Remove both sachets and set aside for later. Heat a little oil in a heavy base frying pan or wok and stir fry at a high heat for 3-4 mins. Add the seeds and dressing to the mix and stir fry for another minute. Serve immediately.<br/>
Caution: Ensure plastic sachets are removed from the bag before cooking. Ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.<br/><br/><b>Preparation and Usage</b><br/>Serving Suggestion<br/>
This product can be enjoyed raw or cooked. If eating raw, empty the contents of the bag into a large bowl. Remove both sachets and pour on to the leaf and vegetable mix. Stir well and serve.
