Founder Brian McGuigan adopted the central symbol of the family crest, the lion, to reflect inspiration & the McGuigan's enduring spirit & passion for producing great quality Australian wine. Those proud family traditions are still at the heart of McGuigan winemaking values today. The climate is hot with high evaporation rates & generally low rainfall making irrigation essential. The climate is also continental, resulting in long sunny days and noticeably cooler nights. Modern viticultural & winemaking techniques mean that the climate can be seen as one of the region's strengths.
Vinification Details - The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed after inoculating with selected yeast strains. Fermentation was carried out at cool temperature to preserve the fruit flavours. Fermentation lasted for 2 weeks. Post fermentation the wine was racked of the ferment lees and remained on light lees until blended.
Winemaker - Jamie Saint

Wine Colour
Colour - White

Storage Type
Ambient

Storage
Best enjoyed within one year of purchase, drink within two days of opening.

Recommended Storage
Storage Type - This wine is ideal for drinking now but can be kept for up to <>

Safety Statements
Pregnancy Warning

Country
Country of Origin - Australia

Provenance
Wine of Australia

Company Name
Australian Vintage (UK) Limited / Australian Vintage (Europe) Limited

Company Address
Dublin 2,
D02 F206,
Ire.

Durability after Opening
Consume Within - Days - 2

Web Address
www.mcguiganwines.co.uk

Return To
Australian Vintage (UK) Limited
Surrey
CR0 6BA

Australian Vintage (Europe) Limited,
Dublin 2,
D02 F206,
Ire.
www.mcguiganwines.co.uk
