Remove all packaging. Place the turkey in a roasting tin & cover with lightly greased foil.<br/> - Cook for 45 minutes per kilo or until juice runs clear after piercing the leg. Remove foil 30 minutes before the end of cooking. Ensure food is cooked thoroughly.<br/><br/><b>Preparation and Usage</b><br/>Defrost instructions<br/> Defrost before use. Place the turkey, in its original packaging, in a dish and defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours or until thoroughly thawed.
