Remove card sleeve and film before cooking.<br/> 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4<br/> Medium 35 mins<br/> Well Done 40 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Place the lamb in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes for medium and 35 minutes for well done and then increase the oven temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 and cook for a further 5 minutes, basting throughout, until the top of the joint is lovely and crispy.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
