Remove all outer packaging but leave the netting on while cooking.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.<br/> Remove netting prior to carving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.<br/>Hob - From Chilled - 45 mins. per kg + 30 mins. Extra<br/> Place the ham in a saucepan of boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for time indicated. Drain and serve.<br/>Oven cook - From Chilled - 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5 65 mins. per kg + 25 mins. Extra<br/> Preheat oven. Place the ham on a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking to brown the joint.<br/><br/><b>Preparation and Usage</b><br/>Serving Suggestion: Once cooked, remove the netting and the rind from the ham, score the fat and brush with honey.
