Place the bacon, in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the joint. Return to the middle shelf of the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, basting throughout.<br/> Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
