Remove card sleeve, film and set aside the glaze sachet for later use. Wash hands after handling the sachet as it has been in contact with raw meat.<br/> 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins.<br/> Preheat oven. Place the bacon in foil tray provided, on a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, carefully open the glaze sachet and pour the contents over the medallions. Return to the middle shelf of the oven for a further 10 minutes, basting throughout until the glaze has thickened.<br/> Ensure product is piping hot throughout.
