Add approx 1/2 cupful porridge and 1 cup of cold milk or water to a saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time. Alternatively, place in a deep microwavable bowl, and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir, and allow to stand for 1 minute. For a creamier porridge, soak overnight in the fridge with your milk or water. Reduce cooking time in the morning.<br/>
