Place skin side down on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for time indicated.<br/>Shallow Fry - From Chilled - 10-12 mins.<br/> Remove the butter discs from the salmon and set to one side. Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a Medium heat. Place the salmon skin side down in the pan and cook gently for time indicated, turning halfway through cooking.
